About Jeff

Since 1981, Jeff Kasper has been acting as the master of ceremonies, doing voice-overs, performing weddings, memorial services, and charity auctions, in addition to his busy schedule as the president & chief innovation officer of ServiceQuality.US, a customer service training, measurement and consulting firm.  In addition to doing work in 100+ countries, he has created over 500,000 new jobs since 1990.  He is also the CEO of Kasper Media, an emerging media and smart phone application development company, and WrongSince.com.

In the past 17 years, he has helped to raise over $1,800,000 for various charities.

He’s an accomplished public speaker and addresses thousands of business leaders each year.  Over the past ten years, he averages 103 days on the road each year.

Jeff is a native of Concord, California USA.  His parents were active in the community and owned  a dry cleaning business until their retirement.  He served as the Chairman of the Board of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and held a seat on the executive committee for nine years.

He is a member of the Rotary Club of Concord-Diablo in Concord, California, USA.  He has twice served as the Club’s president, in 1995-96 & 2011-12.  In 1999, he was named a Paul Harris Fellow by The Rotary Foundation.

In 2011 he was appointed to the Mt. Diablo Health Care District.  In January 2012, he was elected chairman.  He successfully worked with a majority of the board members to award grants in excess of $600,000 during his tenure on the board.  He also successfully negotiated settlements for lifetime medical beneficiaries, and oversaw the successful transition of the District to becoming a subsidiary of the City of Concord in August 2012. (With this transition complete, his term ended.)
